What you will be doing
- Manage warm enquiries and develop outbound prospects with clear, relevant messaging.
- Qualify customer needs, explain the offer and book useful follow-up conversations.
- Maintain accurate CRM notes, pipeline movement and activity reporting.
- Work with account managers to support renewals, growth opportunities and client handovers.
What this role needs
- Previous sales, account management or customer-facing experience.
- Confidence speaking to prospects by phone, email and video.
- A practical approach to targets, follow-up and pipeline discipline.
- Clear communication and enough curiosity to understand the customer before pitching.
