  • Coordinate meetings, records, documents and operational admin.
  • Prepare simple reports and keep trackers accurate.
  • Support managers with scheduling, follow-up and internal communication.
  • Improve small processes where admin can be clearer or faster.

What this role needs

  • Administration, coordination, office support or operations support experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and confidence using spreadsheets or internal systems.
  • A calm approach to changing priorities.
  • Good written communication and reliable follow-through.
